Algansee Township Has Wireless Internet Service!

The Township is leasing property at 424 Wolf Road and is covering the cost of the tower which is a monopole construction and is 150 feet in height.

The service is 3 to 5 miles which will cover the entire township. This however does not guarantee that every homeowner will be able to receive the service as it is based on a line of sight to the tower but we are hoping that by going the 150 feet in height that this should eliminate many obstacles.

Residents that are interested in obtaining wireless internet services should contact DMCI Broadband, LLC direct on their toll free line at 877-936-2422 ext. 75 to get on the list of interested customers. There is a $60 installation fee which includes all the equipment necessary to make a connection to 1 computer. This price requires a one year commitment, if termination of the service is made before the year is up then the cost is $275.
